Made famous when Disney copied it


 We drove from Munich to Fussen and back, and in the process unwittedly followed the life of Ludwig II (crazy Ludwig).  In Munich we visited his birthplace, Nymphenburg. ThenHohenschangu where he spent his childhood, and Sternberg Lake where he was drowned. There's a cross in the water there.
